OXYBOND flooring system is to restore and beautify the worn out industrial floors or new floors in quick time without loosing any production costs in running plants.
OXYBOND flooring consists of oxychloride cement compound, which can be easily installed over any structurally sound sub floor; it provides supreme reserve capacity to withstand pressure of diverse types of luggage and traffic. OXYBOND flooring is tough stone-like, fireproof compound that can be used for light or heavy floorings. Having a tremendous load bearing capacity, it can withstand vibrations from heavy cast-iron wheel movement without the least trace of cracks or fissures.
Oil and grease stains can be rubbed off easily without leaving any marks on it. It is termite proof, ratproof, easy to clean and hygienic.
This super instant flooring is resilient like rubber but has wearing properties next to diamond. It is produced under the advanced technology and is mainly used for in industrial floorings, ship decks, railway passenger coach floorings, hospital floors, for aircraft hangar floors, ammunition factory floors, missile silos and underground armament factories and bunkers, baggage area, lounges, bus coaches, cinemas, over bridges.
OXYBOND flooring is ready for use within 24 hours, and can withstand heavy wear and tear barely 72 hours later.

Compressive Strength: 4000 to 8000 Psi.

Flexural strength: 1200 to 2400 Psi.

Typical 1/2'' to 5/8'' thick floors weigh 1.8 kg to 2.7 kg.sq.ft.

Non - Combustible and water - resistant.

Flexible [stress, shrinkage and cracking are controlled].

OXYBOND Sealers are available in different colors.
