Technomec Roll Manufacturing Co. Pvt. Ltd. Is one of the largest manufacturers of M.S. Gravure Cylinders (Base Shells). The company is promoted by the technocrats having experience of more than 15 years with manufacturing excellence, international marketing and customer management. The installed capacity of the company is 3000 rolls in a month.
The factory is equipped with latest technology lathe machines, grinding machines & balancing machines. Besides the company is having its own drawing machine & annealing furnace. The company is having in?house testing facility like, ultrasonic thickness testing meter, Surface finish to achieve RA value as per requirement of engraver.
The company is the largest manufacturer of Cylinders in the Western India and is supplying the material to known Gravure companies, such as Shilp Gravures Limited for leading printers like ITC Limited, Garware Polyfilms Limited, Multiflex Lamiprint Limited, Packaging India Pvt. Ltd., The Paper Products Limited, Gulf Scan LLC - Sharjah, First Middle East FZCO - Dubai and many more.
Since beginning, the company has followed strict quality norms and as a result the rejection of its finished goods at customers site is almost nil.
